Does MZ filter my email for spam?
We understand that there is some spam filtering in place but it is not comprehensive. If you get a lot of spam emails, you could try using Outlook Express and a local spam filter program such as SpamPal.
How do I configure Outlook Express to access my MZ email?
We cannot support Outlook Express but the settings that you need are as follows:

– Set the mailbox type to IMAP during setup
– Incoming and outgoing mail are on mail.managerzone.com
– Outgoing mail requires authentication

These are the settings you need but we do not offer any help in configuring your system. You should also remember that when you open email from OE or from MZ Mail, you must be careful not to download viruses or other malware to your system.
Are there any rules for my MZ email account?
Yes, the general rules of conduct apply – no foul language, no personal attacks etc.
