How do I remove people from my Friends list?

Go to My Information -> Profile -> Change profile

Click the trash can icon next to the username to remove him/her from the list. If someone logs on to my account, is there anything MZ can do to help me?

No! Every user is responsible for protecting his/her password.
If your account has been hacked and you cannot login because your password has been changed, you should first change the password for your external email account, especially if you use an online provider such as Hotmail.
After that you should go to the login page, click Help in the upper right corner, then click the Forgot Your Password link and enter your registered e-mail address to receive your password.
Finally you should log back into MZ and set a new password immediately. You can change the password where you change your profile.

I want to change my registered e-mail address. How do I do it?

Send an e-mail from your MZ email account in which you explain which new external address you wish to use. You will need to include details of your old email address too. Send your email to your local support team.

How do I edit my profile?

1. Go to My information -> Profile -> Change profile
2. Edit your profile and Save

What are the rules for the profile picture?

The picture should preferably be a picture of the manager or a picture connected to the team.

I don’t want anyone to see my cell phone number or my address! How do I make them invisible?

Only the MZ staff and Game Assistants have access to this information, so the information is not available for anyone else.

I want to change my user-id or user-name, where do I do this?

It is not possible to change that!
